MY MISSION

My passion is to be the calming center to help you gather greater clarity and get to the rewarding parts of life. Time to stop feeling stuck!

Hey! I’m Martha Higgins, LCSW, CEC, CLC.

I am so glad you’re here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life and Executive Coach in Oklahoma, Oregon and Utah with 14 years of professional work experience in the mental health field with 11 of those years as a licensed psychotherapist. I am trauma informed and my approach focuses heavily on emotional intelligence, self awareness and meeting you where you are now while looking to your history for insights to help you gain footing moving forward. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence and behavioral activation along with combating compassion fatigue.

I offer an effective therapeutic treatment and coaching experience using mindfulness approaches and behavioral activation. We’ll work through your patterns and I’ll help you learn new ways to understand yourself and how to communicate. Individuals who complete this process often come out saying their life satisfaction has increased.

I’ve worked with many individuals struggling to get out of the negative patterns where they feel stuck. My passion is helping people get to the rewarding parts of life. I believe there is space to uphold yourself and find satisfaction and joy.
